Zippaws is a brand owned and operated by Vishal Kumar Choudhury (sole proprietor), registered under the MSME (Udyam) scheme.
1. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Promotional prices (such as our Monsoon Sale) are valid for a limited time and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product details and images accurately.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received and you receive an order confirmation from us.
3. Payments
We are prepaid only — we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Payments are processed securely through our payment partner via UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets and netbanking. We do not store your card or banking details.
4. Shipping

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, product images, graphics and text — is the property of Zippaws and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zippaws is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the product purchased. Our toys are intended for supervised play; please supervise your pet.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sambalpur, Odisha.
