Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (on business days). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 2–4 days across India after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
FREE delivery on all orders — no minimum, no hidden charges.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, we’ll share your tracking details by email/SMS so you can follow your order.
Prepaid Only
We ship prepaid orders only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct — orders returned due to incorrect address may incur re-shipping costs.

Product Colour
Our Flying Saucer Magic Ball is supplied in a range of colours — currently blue, teal and red. Colours are dispatched at random based on stock availability at the time of packing, and cannot be selected or guaranteed at checkout. The product, its size, materials and function are identical across every colour; only the colour differs.
Because colour is allocated at random and clearly disclosed before purchase, colour alone is not treated as a defect or a mis-delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is genuinely not the product you ordered, our usual Refund & Cancellation Policy applies in full.
